Orders are shipped via UPS and will arrive within approximately 1-7 days of shipping date. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Products that are out of stock, drop shipping, or special order may take longer to arrive.

Please be advised that if a package is returned to BestGiftStoreEver.com after three delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated costs (including insurance) to resend.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as items purchased from BestGiftStoreEver.com are eligible for a store credit only if returned within 5 days of shipment delivery. Please contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the box. Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return: Candles, personal care products, pet products, baby items, stuffed animals, sale merchandise and special orders.
If product arrives to you damaged, please save the shipping box and notify UPS immediately. According to their policy, the customer must make the damage claim. Please inform us immediately by email Hello@BestGiftStoreEver.com of your claim. We’re available to help you with it and the replacement merchandise at 323.653.6531.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning any item.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days upon receipt.
