Quick! Clean the roadkill off your street and make it safe for drivers to pass!
This is the card playing game of laying out roadkill, and cleaning them back up again. Each player gets a stretch of road that it is their job to maintain. Your goal is to have as FEW dead animals as possible by the end of the round to earn a high token.
So what do you do with that handful of living and dead animal playing cards? Try to play the dead animals onto other players' roads! Play a Truck on top of a dead animal card on an opponent's board (Trucks cannot be removed).
On your own road, play a "Honk" card to scare a live animal before something happens to it. Bring the Veterinarian to revive an animal that has tire marks but that has been played on top of a living animal. Use the street sweeper to clean off one lane of your road (provided the roadkill cards were not played on top of a living animal).
You can also play a deer warning sign to occupy an empty space, which warns drivers to be safe, and warns animals of the danger. No living or dead animals can take over a deer warning sign.
At the end of each round, you earn tokens for having the fewest dead animals and truck cards (both in your hand and on your street). After three rounds, add up your tokens and hope for the best! Are you a GOOD road maintenance worker? Then start cleaning--we mean: playing!
